Preferred diet

Slim girl who dieted for 7 days

The preferred diet alternates eating days with a mono-diet day, where only one type of product can be eaten.

The essence of the diet is that a sharp transition from a product to a drink becomes unexpected for the body. As a result of such a "shake-up", metabolic processes intensify, and the body loses weight. Let's say that yesterday you ate stewed vegetables, and today your diet is exclusively drink-based. The result is an intensive consumption of these accumulated fat reserves before the diet during the period of unsystematic nutrition, sometimes too abundant and with undesirable consequences.

The preferred diet includes a fairly large selection of products. Moreover, they can be chosen according to your personal preferences. The preferred diet for 7 days has an important advantage. It refers to a fairly balanced diet. But even a small short-term imbalance can have undesirable consequences: a deterioration in the state of the nervous system, a less attractive appearance (discolored hair, brittle nails, unhealthy complexion).

How to get out of your favorite diet?

The preferred diet is quite difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to pay the utmost attention to the correct way to deal with it. Otherwise, with a sharp return to the usual eating style, the kilograms will return quite quickly. To avoid this, you need to consider simple rules:

  • during the first month, you must eat only low-calorie foods in order to be as close as possible to the physiological rhythm to which the body has agreed during a recent diet;
  • refuse or reduce to a strict minimum sweet pastries, all smoked meats, fatty, fried and starchy foods;
  • daily walking and light physical activity are recommended;

Important:The preferred diet can be reapplied no earlier than after three months.

7 days or 12?

If the diet is tolerated quite easily, you can apply the 12-day option. The feeding program consists of one-day mono diets, alternating with watering days. So, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, drink yogurt or kefir in the amount that suits you. Be sure to drink plain water. Thursday is fruit day, Friday is protein day (we eat chicken breast thoroughly), Saturday is drink day again.

Days 7, 8 and 9 are protein days. You can eat boiled fish or chicken breast.

The last three days, from the 10th to the 12th, do not fit into the usual calendar. A glass of wine is allowed throughout the day. Small sips of wine should be taken with a piece of cheese (30 g).
